When you donate to Chinmayindia your credit card information is encrypted for your security by CCAvenue.com (India: Avenues India Pvt Ltd). The payment gateway (powered by CCAvenue) uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption to protect the security of your transaction and the confidentiality of your personal information. This makes it extremely difficult for anyone else to intercept the credit card information your send to us.
Financial information, like credit card numbers, is stored in the CCAvenue’s secure database and is not available to Chinmayindia. We do, however, can access personal information like address and phone numbers for communication related to the donations.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
No cancellation for the donated amount by any donor will be entertained. The donation will be used for the heads selected by the donor at our Online Donation page. Chinmayindia does not compel any person or organization to donate money, rather it depends on one’s own wish whether he/she is willing to contribute towards educational and social needs of Chinmayindia.
But, as far as refund is concerned, we can have partial refund in case you donated an amount by mistake. Please contact us within 15 days from the date of your donation if you identify an error in the amount of payment or to report unauthorized usage of your credit or debit card.
